Summer is an ally of the line because in general there is less need for large meals and if we add some light recipes to this we will find that our diet is complete and balanced and helps us maintain the weight achieved. A simple dish: stuffed zucchini. We remove the eggs, milk and maybe even white wine. The result will still be a delicious summer dish of zucchini stuffed with meat but light!

Ingredients

  • two courgettes
  • minced meat (150gr)
  • a spoonful of breadcrumbs
  • a teaspoon of olive oil
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • sale q.b.

Preparation

Wash well and clean the zucchini, cut them long and empty them of the pulp that we will put in a small bowl and mix with the meat and the rest of the ingredients. Once the mixture is prepared, fill the courgettes and put them in a non-stick pan with the oil and the garlic clove. Brown a few minutes and add the cherry tomatoes. Yet 15 minutes of cooking and serve.
Excellent also cold!
